Bill Zaskowski, Builder owner, has been custom building homes since 1978. Bill orchestrates each build and he schedules deliveries, carpenters & trades contractors. Bill personally inspects materials and workmanship. Bill is the great communicator; he takes the home owner's vision and projects the vision into the home. Bill is available to talk with his client continually during the actual construction. Bill understands the magnitude of your project and welcomes your questions.
Bonnie Zaskowski, Builder assistant, is the client connection in the home office. Bonnie can assist you in your custom selections, with questions about your project and she expedites communication with the field crew.

Our crew of carpentry experts
Our entire crew works together on rough-in to ensure the home is square, straight, plumb & level from the very beginning. These same carpenters are the highly skilled craftsmen who trim the home, build the stairways and create custom designed specialty cabinets.
Brad Zaskowski and Lynn Kingsbury
Our professional carpentry crew is led by Lynn Kingsbury, who has been instrumental in the excellence of Zaskowski built homes since 1987. Lynn's specialty is custom built-ins. He loves to use his talent to produce unique entertainment centers, fireplace surrounds and mantels.

Next in seniority is Brian Veersma, a highly skilled trim carpenter who joined us out of High school in 1994. Brian is our expert lift operator.

Our son, Brad Zaskowski, is a talented carpenter and also our in-house draftsman. Brad has an architectural design degree and he works with the crew on the job. His building experience backs up his drawings. Brad installs the pre-built cabinetry.
